I sink into warm, still waters
Where sounds merge into luscious ambiguity
Walls of emotion

Melt like rubber mirrors
Perceptions held distant are now insistent
Demands of a long-neglected lover
Oh, the siren's call of immersion

I remember
This world of dangers

Chastened again
